Right of Withdrawal (statutory EU right)

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your purchase—no explanation needed.

Notify & return

  1. Notify within 14 days: Inform us within 14 days of delivery via info@bigglesamsterdam.nl (include your order number and the items you’re returning).

  2. Ship within the next 14 days: After your notification, you have another 14 days to return the products.

How to withdraw/return

  • Email info@bigglesamsterdam.nl with your order number, the items you’re returning, and your statement that you wish to withdraw; or include the same information in your return parcel.

  • Return address: BIGGLES, Middenweg 55a, 1098 AD Amsterdam, The Netherlands

  • Return costs: at your expense (via our portal: NL €6.95 / BE €9.95 / other countries €15), unless stated otherwise. Always keep your track & trace; you’re responsible until we receive the parcel in good condition.

Refunds

  • We refund to your original payment method (e.g., card, iDEAL, Klarna, etc.) within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.

  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you provide proof of return shipment(whichever occurs first).

Diminished value
You’re liable only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (trying on is fine; wearing/using is not). Items must be returned in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Exchanges

Want a different size/colour? Tell us via email or on the return form. After we receive your return, we will (within the Netherlands) ship the replacement once free of charge. A second exchange shipment costs €6.95.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (if applicable)

  • Items made to measure or personalised.

  • Hygiene/underwear items where the seal has been broken after delivery.
    (If you have no exceptions, replace this section with: “There are no exceptions to the right of withdrawal.”)
