Returns & Exchanges Policy

At BIGGLES, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items.

How to Return

  • Please send us an email at info@bigglesamsterdam.nl to request your return. You will then receive an email with a shipping label.

  • Alternatively, you can return your package directly to our store:

  • Always include the completed return form with your package.

  • Once we have received and approved your return, we will either refund your purchase amount or exchange your product free of charge (see conditions below).

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or color?

  • Indicate this clearly on the return form or send us an email/message with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.

  • Return the original item to our store.

  • Once received, we will send the replacement item free of charge (within the Netherlands, one time only).

  • If you wish to exchange the same item a second time, we charge a shipping fee of €6.95 (Netherlands).

Return & Exchange Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following:

  • The return package must be shipped within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return packages must be sufficiently stamped. Return costs are your responsibility (via our return portal: Netherlands €6.95 / Belgium €9.95 / Other countries €15).

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all price tags still attached.

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. We cannot accept items that show signs of use, damage, or attempted repairs, or where care instructions have not been followed.

  • If your return does not meet these conditions, it will not be accepted. In that case, the package will be sent back to the sender at their expense.

Responsibility

Please note that you are responsible for your return until it has been received by us in good condition. We therefore recommend that you always keep your track & trace code as proof of shipment.
