BIGGLES – Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made between BIGGLES Amsterdam B.V. and the customer via our webshop or in-store.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. BIGGLES reserves the right to update or modify the Terms & Conditions at any time.

3. Products & Offers

All products shown on our website are presented as accurately as possible.
However, minor differences in color, material, or finish may occur.
Prices include VAT and are valid at the time of ordering. BIGGLES reserves the right to make changes in price, availability, or descriptions.

4. Orders & Payments

An agreement is established when you complete your order and payment is confirmed.
Payments must be made via the secure payment options available at checkout.
Orders placed before 14:00 (Tuesday-Saturday) are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed on Sunday or Monday will be shipped on Tuesday.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are handled with care through PostNL.
Delivery times may vary depending on stock, season, and carrier delays.
If your order is delayed, you will be notified as soon as possible.
BIGGLES is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

6. Shipping Costs

• Within the Netherlands: €6.95
  
• Free shipping on orders above €100 (except sale-only purchases)
  
• Belgium: €9.95

7. Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and with original tags attached.
To request a return, email info@bigglesamsterdam.nl for a return label.

Exchanges for a different size or color are free (within the Netherlands, one time only).
If you wish to exchange again, a €6.95 shipping fee applies.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

8. Prices

All prices are listed in euros and include VAT.
BIGGLES reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in VAT, market fluctuations, or errors.

9. Warranty & Quality

We guarantee that our products meet the expected standards of quality and usability.
If an item is defective or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us immediately at info@bigglesamsterdam.nl so we can resolve the issue.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is used exclusively for processing your order and improving our service.
We respect your privacy and never share your data with third parties without your consent.

11. Complaints

If you have a complaint about your order or our service, please contact us via info@bigglesamsterdam.nl.
We aim to respond within 14 days and resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

12. Governing Law

All agreements between BIGGLES and the customer are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
